Cottage 2, Old Farmhouse Mews

Great location, basic but extremely clean.

Parking was an issue, not enough room for 3 cars at cottage 2,3 and the house.

Location, cosy and characterful, lovely and warm.

The double bed mattress could be improved. Small things but it would be helpful to have hand soap provided and some other kitchen basics (oil, sugar, pepper etc - there were caddies but they were empty). Kitchen was also missing any wooden spoons and the cheese grater was broken, but none of this would stop us booking again!

The location was nice.

I have been to Lake District several times and stayed in different cottages and lodges. But this place was a disappointment. As soon we stepped in it felt so dirty. There was only one toilet roll, no hair dryer etc. Next morning we woke up to a itchy body we have to go and get anti allergy tablets as there was either something in bed sheets or carpet. We were a family of 4 with kids so that was a disappointment.

Good location, cozy , clean, quiet.

Low water pressure but didn’t affect our stay .

Clean, warm and well equipped accommodation.

Parking - due to someone parking in space so couldn’t park on site.

Smashing location. Warm and cozy

Could do with a little set of tables
