"Great location to explore the beautiful lakes"

The location is superb, the cottage is extremely cute! We will certainly be back! Braithwaite is also a lovely community spirited village with some great pubs full of friendly chatty people!

Wonderful village location. Compact, tidy, characterful cottage within a courtyard perfect for a couple, but could possibly work for 4. Very well equipped and so handy for local facilities.

Only negative for me, mattresses very firm so maybe the addition of a topper would improve comfort for our elderly hips. 😁

"Superb stay in the most fantastic location"

Great little cottage right in the centre of Braithwaite. Dog walks & pubs on the doorstep. Couldn't fault it for value for money. Would definitely return.

Postcode took us to the wrong place using Google Maps & parking tight for larger vehicles.

Lovely little cottage in the center of the village. Everything you need , whether you're eating out, 2 local pubs or eating in, plenty of pans crockery etc. Compy sofa after a hard day on the hills .
