The property was in a great location plenty to do , 2 pubs across the road, beach down the road, lots of walking, the property was very spacious every thing you need, comfy beds.

The location was amazingly close to the beach and 'pilot inn'

the fact that there were no instructions on where to park the car - the zone around the house was all for permit holder.

We had to change as Downs Cottage wasnt available due to boiler issues, and we were then upgraded and then given a superb apartment with location near the beach. It was very clean comfortable and homely and had everything you would need and more The only thing we felt disappointed about staying in the apartment being so large it was a little cold in the evenings as we were still in March. We would definitely recommend this Company as 1st class hospitality lettings. Thank you again Wendy Bill and Diesel

The location is excellent, proximity to the Pilot Inn Pub, which has fabulous food and friendly atmosphere including Tesco express and the cook shop. We could walk out of our door and start the trail to beachy head, just lovely.

Parking was a bit tricky, as there are restrictions on what hours we could be parked.

Great location for walking and very dog friendly. Close to waterfront and town centre

Unclean , property falling into disrepair mould present in sealant in shower room and bathroom , dirt behind sofa and bedside cabinets , damp stains unpainted in kitchen ceiling both extractor fans in bathrooms do not work , required up to date gas safety certificate not present in property folder , our second stay , shower tray fills in 2 minutes and overflows same problem as 1st stay hence leaks in kitchen as problem not fixed, smoke alarm battery beeping on arrival not checked before we arrived , property exterior beginning to look uncared for and garden not smart looking bed needs a new mattress very uncomfortable
