Cosy Flint Cottage

Very homely and very good quality throughout.

Only slight downside was the street parking but we did manage to find a space each day.

The cottage was beautifully done, all very modern and every single detail carefully thought out. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Milk, coffee, snacks, dog bowls and lots more had been provided for us. It was great to have a secure garden for our dog. There was great soundproofing between the cottages in the terrace. The host was very helpful and contactable. The on street parking was generally ok even though there is a pub just nextdoor. It's also surprisingly quiet. It's a great location, with the south downs right on the doorstep. And it's in a lovely village with great history. Would definitely stay here again!

There was no storage or chair in the twin room as it's very small. It wasn't too much of a problem for me as I had the other bed to put my clothes on, but might be a bit difficult if two people were staying in there. But doesn't affect the score!

Lovely house, everything there that we needed, including dog bowls, towel and poo bags. So relaxing and comfortable, attention to detail excellent. I’ve given a neutral face for staff as it wasn’t relevant. Will definitely be back.

Being very picky the parking, but didn’t detract from the fabulous stay

Excellent stay. Cottage very well equipped, clean and cosy. Liked the night light in bathroom and appreciated all the Christmas decorations! Had no trouble parking in surrounding streets. Lovely location at bottom of downs. Good communication with owner.

Lovely quaint cottage, refurbished to a very very high standard. Stayed over Christmas, decorations and log fire made it very cosy and Christmassy. Very clean, would definitely recommend.

Nothing that I did not expect, steep stairs are part of the experience

The cottage was really well equipped with everything thought of. Really lovely place to stay and Denise had even decorated it beautifully for Christmas - we loved our stay there.
