Panoramic Views - 10 minutes walk to Town

I will remember this view forever. It was something out of A fairytale. Nice location, the right distance out of town. Close enough to walk and far enough away to escape the crowds.

Good location and views

Stayed for 5 days and were given one towel. Home smelt damp and is not as nice as pictured.

The views, the views and the views. Unbelievable. The balcony was also a highlight to enjoy these views even more.

The car parking area wasn’t ideal, parking on a very steep incline on grass.

Great location up on the hill with a fantastic view and short walk to the lake and main town area. The gas fireplace worked all the time we had it on, and the inside was spacious for 3 people.

There was a huge wet patch on the carpet outside the laundry / at the bottom of the stairs. As it was a no show policy inside (which is not an issue), the issue was the wet patch was in an area on the carpet that we usually got our socks and feet wet. It was very annoying and we were told it could be from the recent storm or someone could have dropped a bucket of water on it, I believe its not the first time its been there as per review. We asked to get a refund for the night or add a night as our flight was cancelled by one day but they wouldnt accommodate that. We had check out at 10am and were were packed and ready to go. So my wife and I were taking last photos on the balcony at 10.01am when this guy barged in unannounced saying "its checkout time"! My son was sitting at the table and got scared. I then said to him "sorry mate but you have come barging in which is rude - what is the time anyway"? He said - its check out time you have to get out! It was so rude and ruined the ending for us. Still cant believe it actually - it was 10.01am! Will go back to Queenstown, its a magical place, but will stay elsewhere.

Parking area - muddy ground when wet

Great location. Bit of a hill but manageable. Warm and cosy House. Amazing views.

Gas fire place valve was not turned on the first night of arrival. Had to work it out next morning. Mid stay had to also replace the gas bottle as it ran out. Owners did reimburse gas though.
