NO PARTY ALLOWED,Sea view 5 bedroom house

The only great thing and what we believe we paid for was the amazing view.

The home was not clean and was not up to standard to which we are used too. What was available in the kitchen was basic. In one of the rooms we found rubbish and the dust was thick stopped looking after that. We couldn't let the children out on the deck as there was dog poo which we did make contact but nothing was done.

Hosts made sure instructions and rules for place were clear. House was very well set up, great view and good facilities.

The upstairs bedroom could be a bit tricky for some to navigate so could be good to include in the listing, it also has air mattresses in the same top bedroom which is no problem for us at all but once again could be for other guests. The front door can let in quite a draft so bottom front bedrooms can get quite cold

The view from this property is absolutely spectacular, but unfortunately, the view is the only commendable aspect of the property.

We were a business work team from Australia. The outdated condition of the house made one of our members so uncomfortable that he was unable to sleep and ended up spending the night on the sofa. In addition, the cleanliness of the house was not ideal and the overgrown weeds at the entrance needed to be dealt with. Most members of our team agreed that the house needed a complete refurbishment to make it suitable for the market.

The view was beautiful

The state of this property is beyond unbelievable- the unhygienic house was so bad If I didn’t have a my team with me or cost me nearly $700 I would have gone somewhere else. The shower was putrid and I couldn’t even shower due to the filth. A house can be old, but doesn’t mean it cannot be clean. You cannot rent a house out in this state. The deck has all the nails sticking up cause kids to have a nail in their foot. I messaged the owner to say how unhappy I was but no response - as we did not want to stay there. The pillows were not clean… I could go on and on…

Large enough for family. Excellent views.

It could have used a bit of cleanliness in corners such as cobwebs, dead moths etc. still not a worry. My family was not delicate. Would suggest lights on steps. As we arrived after dark finding it was hard and risky.
