Location was sensational

The views are exeptional and the setup of the house is positively refreshing. Communication was quick and check-in instructions were easy to follow

Unfortunately, we found the property not very clean. One of our travellers found tampons and cut toenails in their room, the dishes in the kitchen were mostly dirty and partially broken. This overshadowed the positive things we found about the house, like the attic room with surround views and the deck, from which you can oversee the entire bay.

The view was awesome

The property does need some maintenance. Other issues for example there was only one teaspoon.

Unfortunately the property had been double booked and still had guests so we had to leave and find new accommodation, which was very expensive given how busy Wellington was at the time of our booking. The owners did refund our booking in full.

The view was breathtaking, with ample space for everyone to spread out. The beds were comfortable, and the nights were peaceful. We took pleasure in swimming and strolling to the nearby beaches.

The house was unclean, with dust and lint, and no signs of vacuuming under the beds. It felt unsafe due to rickety doors, stairs, and a mix of locked and unlocked areas. However, with some fresh paint and thorough cleaning, the space could be revitalized and more attractive to visitors.
