The family likes the location, the view is very nice. The place is very comfortable and relaxing.

Great views, easy access to the CBD, mostly comfortable beds, easy to air out rooms, and fun to explore all the funky different spaces of the house.

More run down than expected in every room, with very few comfortable or non-broken chairs to relax in once we were all together (6 of us). No frying pans that weren’t destroyed in shape (neither sat flat on the induction stove - which has no instructions), only a single oven tray, all blunt knives with no sharpener, & no teaspoons for making tea. Some windows didn’t close due to broken latches - not so fun in gale-force wind gusts.

The facilities are old. The upper bedroom with no beds but mattress on the floor, and you had to climbed up through a very small staircase. A lot of spider web on the ceiling.

The property was dirty. The door was open when we arrived. There was an old cup of coffee outside, it looked liked someone had pee’d in the shower. It is very run down, had mould in places. I wish I had read further into the reviews. We actually left and found other accommodation DO NOT RECOMMEND

Not enough cooking utensils, too cook for large group of people.
