The location was great, quiet & very close to the beach; The Living Room is spacious with comfortable furniture, nice sized dining table & chairs, plenty of DVD's, games available should you wish to use them with a good size Sony Bravia TV; The bathroom is well appointed with plenty of towels, the lady who maintains the property is in a chalet opposite and introduced herself saying "if we need anything, just ask"; Plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans etc in the kitchen, kettle and toaster very good. Nice garden, a little unkempt though.

The bedrooms are quite small, in the double room I had to keep lifting the bed out of the way to go down the window side of the room as the wardrobe is virtually touching the bed-end, my wife is quite small but could not get passed; Could only see one plug socket which was at the side of the door as you came in, there is a lamp at the side of the bed but the cord is too short to plug it in; In the twin-bedded room there was nowhere to hang anything, it looked like a rail was shown in the picture but nothing there; I think our friends, who stayed in that room, said there was only one plug socket also; The shower is good but a little temperamental, getting the balance between very cold and scorching hot is quite challenging, okay if you have asbestos skin, lol! No freezer or freezer-compartment in the fridge so there is nowhere to put ice-packs for a cool box if you are going out anywhere / on to the beach; The Kitchen work surface is loose at the right-hand side, needs sealing, this moved a couple of times when I put my hand on it to steady myself so please be careful where you put hot drinks as they could spill; The wooden furniture in the garden has seen better days, one chair was damaged when we arrived so reported it to the lady in the chalet across; Could not see the advertised fire pit but the ash bucket was there. Sorry to "ramble on" I'm not a serial whinger, like some people, I am just passing on information as the owner needs to know the good & the not so good. Overall we had a great time with just a few minor niggles that can easily be rectified, thank you.

Like home very comfortable loads of little extras we came to surprise a friend who lives on the site and ended up staying in another chalet as well loved it so much so peaceful will recomend to others

There was nothing to dislike

As soon as we arrived we felt settled & comfy. Everything we could need. Nice spacious lounge /dining area. Shower was lovely. Beds were very comfy, with lovely bedding .Plenty of games and beach items available. Nice to have an enclosed garden. Location was amazing... short walk down to the beach which was beautiful. Plenty of local walks. Adequate parking for our car. Would definitely go again...and our 9year old Grandson agreed it was great.

Can't really think of anything to say other than we would of liked even a small freezer compartment the fridge....especially when you might even like to keep ice cream in for the warm weather.

peaceful place to stay

Everything was as hoped for. Very nice chalet, very nice location. A very enjoyable holiday.
