"A wonderful little gem"

Being near the beach

Uncomfortable beds, soft toys on the bed unhygienic, cobwebs, very dated furniture and generally not very clean, even the kettle was painted in the same paint the furniture was painted with

Great little place, a stone's throw to the beach. Nice and quiet. Had everything we could need for a short break and more. Very good and quick heating. Lots of easy access walks nearby. Loved the big sitting/ dining area for relaxing.

A detached cottage in an area of similar properties within a few minutes walk of the beach and the RSPB Tetney Marshes site. The property is comfortable and privately situated. Good area for walking and enjoying the open views and clean beaches.

Number 227 fullfilled our needs and we have no complaints.
