Comfortable beds, garden and facilities. Good parking. Good communication. Central location. Homely extra touches. Wi fi, TV. Everything was lovely!

Keys were a bit confusing. Creaky floorboards.

The property it’s self is lovely and very well presented! The conservatory is a beautiful touch to the property so you can look out in to the garden which has a sand pit area and a play house, would be great if I had my children with me! The beds we’re comfortable and clean. Georgina left lovely little treats in the kitchen and I was pleased to find she had gone out of her way to leave milk and juice for us too. I’d recommended this property to anyone who’s looking to book, great communication throughout she even went the extra mile to get the property ready for an early check in and did what she could for a late check out due to our circumstances! Thankyou very much

There was a smell in the property but was pleased to hear the root of the problem was found promptly!

"An enjoyable short break with nice coastal walks and a good local bus service."

In a great location. Close to the beach and a short walk from Rhyl and also close to an Asda supermarket which made shopping for food etc. very easy. The property is secluded with off road private parking and was spotlessly clean on arrival. The host , Georgina answered our questions by text and mobile so we only met her when we were leaving. The facilities at the property were excellent .

This 2 bedroom house is absolutely lovely it has everything you need for self catering immaculately clean. Great location and quiet area. The host is easy to get in touch with if anything goes wrong. Was left a really nice welcome pack including 2 Easter eggs for my grandson such a lovely touch I would definitely recommend 👍👍. Id certainly go back again. 10/10 Georgina we had a fabulous few days. The garden is fantastic for little ones couldn't get my grandson out of the sand pit 🤩

Wasn't anything I didn't like. The only slight little things I'd personally prefer to have a bath mat in shower myself found it a little slippery. Also even though the bathroom window is high up I would've preferred if there was a blind but obviously that's just my personal thoughts.
