The Gold Rise - Sleeps 8 - Garden - Lake Views

The property was great, lots of room and a garage to keep our ski gear inside. The fireplace and heat pump kept us warm and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals.

Only thing it needed was more oven trays

Beautiful home with amazing views. Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay in Queenstown.

Excellent facilities. Had everything we needed. Beautiful location. Double-car garage was an extra benefit. Close to both Queenstown and the airport. Just good to come back to after a day of travelling.

Honestly- hard to fault anything. Two things were of note. 1. There was no obvious place to put a hand washing towel after washing hands. Had to hang the hand washing towel off the basin. 2. The chairs and couches on the top level probably need replacing- very rickety. Not the fault of the owners (I assume they were broken by previous guests), just something to note. But that is me being picky. Honestly, cannot fault this stay- it was amazing.

Everything was clean and tidy and really beautiful. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, warm and perfect for a ladies trip. Stunning view too!!

Nothing, it was perfect

The location was great, easy access to the town and an amazing view of Lake Wakatipu from our balcony. House was also quite warm inside, perfect for the cold days.

We found that an extra bathroom would have made the experience better, compared to the size of our group and the large numbers of rooms. The property would benefit from additional mirrors in some bedrooms, as we found ourselves sharing one bathroom mirror between three bedrooms.
