Appartamento spazioso, dotato di tutti i confort, pulitissimo, proprietari gentilissimi.

Casa perfetta, eccezionalmente pulita e staff davvero gentile e disponibile!

Ottimo appartamento, molto spazioso e assolutamente pulito. Ci siamo stati solo 12 ore (la notte) quindi è difficile poter dare altri feedback ma avremmo volentieri trascorso qualche giornata visto anche il bel giardino, il barbecue esterno e il panorama stupendo. Gianluca super disponibile e cortese.

Struttura molto accogliente fornita di tutti i confort, validissima per chi viaggia con bambini. I proprietari si sono dimostrati delle persone garbatissime e disponibilissime. La struttura poi per chi vuole visitare la cascata delle marmore è situata a 10 minuti di auto.

Casa molto carina,pulita,fresca,provvista di pentolame, macchina caffè espresso, letto comodo,zona tranquilla. Giardino incantevole, provvisto di barbecue. Francesca e Gluca disponibili e molto gentili,simpatici. La casa ha un' entrata indipendente e il giardino a uso esclusivo x gli ospiti. Il parcheggio si trova fuori dal cancello ma quasi attaccato alla casa. Casa incantevole❤️

Our hosts met us at the gate when we arrived after communicating our delay while picking up the rental car at FCO. Very kind and offered directions, recommendations, etc. And we (inadvertently) confirmed that their smoke alarms work just fine! Our hosts quickly arrived with a ladder in tow to turn it off and help us open the windows to air out the apartment after our mishap. We totally recommend!

The coffee machine

The hosts are awful, worst experience we have ever made. The property is not a house, but an apartment in the same house as the owners live. When the owners wanted to discuss the situation with us face to face, it was a very unpleasant experience. They didn’t show the tiniest bit of understanding and claimed “house” and “apartment” is the same thing in Italian and they did nothing wrong. They used the same argument for explaining all of the many other mismatches between description and reality. They did everything right in the Italian description of the property and it is because of the translation to English that we got confused. Or if it wasn’t the language, it was the Italian way. For example, they advertise heating in the property but when we asked how the heating works, they told us that there is no heating in Italy before December. Instead of acknowledging that they had made a mistake, they got angry. We left after 2 out of 7 nights.
