The house is cosy and well equipped. The views are really great. A balcony, a terrace and a yard are at your disposal.The place was sparkling clean. If you want to see the Marmore waterfall free of charge you can use the path starting from San Liberatore center (2h round trip). It is a relatively easy walk and the view of the waterfall is great.
