there was nothing not to like about the property. catered to all our needs. Gas fire place was amazing.

the prompt response from email and messages the amount of space the brightness of the living room during the day the amenities available to use throughout the property

it wasn't clean, there was hair on the bathroom door. rubbish underneath the bedside table duvet is visibly dirty someone else's underwear in the washing machine, didn't realise till I was folding my laundry. (that was disgusting) most dishes were greasy, have to do a whole load of dishwashing before actually using them corridors are always cold, as no heater or ac available
