Perfect wee base

Exceptionally clean, very comfortable and easy to find. Quiet location and within easy distance of the venue I attended.

Cute cottage, quiet area, fresh and clean

Bedroom quite small so very little room to walk round bed and cracked shins on wooden bedframe when going to toilet during the night.

Lovley properly. Everything you need. Fully enclosed garden great for dogs. Lovley village. Spar just up the road. Pubs and takeaways within 10min walk. Pictures didnt do the property justice. Contacted owner with questions and she replied quickly. Would highly recommend staying here.

Located in a very quiet section of the town, but well placed for walks. Particularly liked that the front garden was fenced and that it had it's own driveway for parking off the narrow street. But the house itself was spotless, and the interior well designed.

It is very comfortable and well equipted house. There was apsolutely everything that we needed. The kitchen is well organised, clean and suitble for a family. The whole house is clean and can be easily warmed. We had very bad weather but felt nice in the house.

Nothing particular. The minor comment is that it would be good to have two pairs of slippers.

A bedside table and lamp either side of the bed.

Nice, tidy little place, dog secure garden. Good parking spot and easy walking distance to Kirriemuir centre.
