"Superb"

The location is fantastic, with walks on the Cleveland Way right next to the house and yet within minutes you could be in the centre with shops and restaurants. Lovely hot tub and enclosed garden. The house has everything you need and is a wonderful airy space. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was beautiful and ample space for 8 adults. The facilities were great especially the hot tub and of course the view.

Lovely property with everything my family needed to spend Christmas together. Very comfortable for a family of 8 adults. Lovely to spend time in the hot tub. Beautifully decorated and furnished and in an ideal location. Would definitely recomend

"Lovely stay"

The Paddock was gorgeous. Very clean and plenty of room and facilities. We enjoyed the hot tub, and we would have loved to stay longer than just the weekend. Martin was lovely and very helpful.

Great properties with plenty of space. The decor throughout was exceptional and there was plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc to cater for our party size. Handy location for supermarkets & the centre of Guisborough itself.

Nothing, other than the weather - which Martin can't be held responsible for. :-)
