Great location in Guisborough between whitby or Saltburn just short drive away lovely house everything you need for a great break away . Grandkids loved the hot tub.

Could do with a gazebo over hot tub as it rained while in it .

Everything was just perfect for our stay Spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed and a lovely little personalised note on the kitchen blckboard to welcome us was a fab little touch.

Home was very modern and clean, very homely. Utensils and cutlery was provided. Takes pride and care of home. Has a hot tub! Bath and robe towels provided. Some outdoor and indoor games provided. Family friendly. Local shops nearby. Trails and park nearby.

Could have provided extra toiletries for toilet below. But other than that no faults as toiletries provided in other ensuite with spares!

The property was of a very high standard. very tastefully decorated in a classy way. It was spacious and clean. we loved the robes in the rooms especially when using the fantastic hot tub.

The house was very comfortable, modern and suited perfectly the three couples and 2 1/5 year old boy that stayed in the accommodation. Parking was very easy and the area was quiet and had great scenary, with a short walk to the hills. The jacuzzi was used a couple of times and was really enjoyed as an extra to the normal places we stay. We had a family gathering on the second night to celebrate my mam's 90th birthday; Martin the host was able to provide additional chairs, crockery and cutlery that was really appreciated by us. The second living room was brilliant as the youngsters in the family really enjoyed the space and the adults had our own space for eating and socialising. The welcome basket was ideal and Chesca the cockapoo really enjoyed the dog treats from the welcome basket.

Generally everything was great, however, there was a knocking noise outside the back bedroom that we couldn't identify what it was. It did wake us up a few times but was not a massive issue.

Hot tub and robes, the house was spotless and excellently furnished.

Found it hard to work the heating but that might just be me.
