Rural location but close to all our favourite places in the beautiful South Hams. Hosts were very welcoming, including freshly baked bread. They were available if required but left us to enjoy our holiday. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay again

Property was well equipped, very clean and well maintained. Hosts very welcoming and helpful with questions we had or advice needed. Pre-arrival communications excellent.

Location was very picturesque, surrounded by farmland and not far from Kingsbridge. The accommodation was cosy and fully equipped for a self catering stay. It suited our needs perfectly for a short stay in Devon before catching the ferry in Plymouth.

The little house was lovely. So warm and inviting - had everything we needed.

The only thing we noticed (which we were aware of before we came anyway) was the wifi/signal. We never expected it to be brilliant as of course it’s Devon and it actually wasn’t as bad as we thought it would be. But it obviously is just something to note if you rely on the internet a lot.

Immaculate accommodation, perfect hosts…. lovely touch of warm homemade bread, jam and butter left for our arrival.

Comfortable and warm. Well equipped kitchen ideal for self catering. Comfortable bed (if a bit bouncy), lovely bed linen and towels.

The Internet connection is really poor so the place is not suitable for anyone working remotely.
