Apartment has the privacy, Apartment with nature, overseeing Lake. We love seeing wild Hare hopping around the area. Gas BBQ pit provided-was fantastic very near the town centre with restaurants and supermarket.

We cannot be late for check-in otherwise will have to.charge late check in As we have travelled from Te Anau, its a long journey, was a quite rush to arrive by 5pm. Should allow tourist pick up key from key lockbox 24/7 check-in for convenience

Great location. Warm and clean, with plenty of towels. Essentials provided.

Master bed was a bit lumpy, and pillows were a bit flat. No dryer as stated on the description and no clothes horse provided which is a shame.

The location and views were wonderful. The house was extremely well stocked with things like cutlery, crockery, saucepans, utensils etc (some places provide the bare minimum). Spacious house and was warm (we stayed in winter). I'm a bit of a clean freak and found the inside of the house to be very clean. The showers were wonderfully powerful and nice hot water.

The main thing was that the decor/furnishings were very dated. Not modern at all and one of the couches didn't look very clean to sit on (stains). But these are just aesthetics really. Didn't take away from the comfort of the place, but it did feel like I was staying at my grandparents house! I guess it just needs a bit of a spruce up. No dryer either. Didn't bother us as I don't usually use one, but I know others may want one.
