The main door was located at the backside of the house but the uphill driveway was not paved with concrete.

The view of the Southern Alps and Lake Tekapo was amazing. Could stay out at the grass patch outside the house to look at the stars if it wasn't so cold at night. The house is big.

The furniture is a bit dated. One of the sofa could be replaced. The gravel driveway up to the car pouch is slightly steep.

The location and the vue

The garden needs to be maintained. There was no dryer and The clothesline is not sheltered
