The location.

It appeared that the house had not been cleaned for some time. There was debris on all the floors including a full grape stem, the rugs were very dirty, hair all over the bathroom floors. Everything was grimy. The furniture is in bad shape, the refrigerator sounds like a small plane taking off, the coil burners on the stove were all lopsided as were the pans so cooking was a challenge. The kitchen is very poorly stocked. The BBQ is completely unusable. We ended up cleaning (there isn’t even a dustpan) all the floors and vacuuming the rugs before we even unpacked.

I absolutely loved the location of the property- being in a extremely quiet area, and especially on the River. So so nice! However , a bit far from Leavenworth area.

The drive to and from Leavenworth was a bit long for us.

the place the river next to us the beds comfortables

it needs to be more clean the toilets round circle and black the floors needs attencion the showers needs more cleaning showers doors getting black mold and pink mold laundry room dusty over the sink master closet hair and dust on the floor i dont want to be mean but i think it needs better cleaning

I liked the location of the property and the vibe it gives. Being close to the river was the highlight. Check in and check out process was easy. The place has the basic essentials you will need.

The hot tub was cloudy and murky and was not clean/ready to use for their next guest. This was a big let down for us as we booked this place mainly for it.

Love the house and the layout. The location is very nice. Hot tub was nice to have. Loved having wood available for the fireplace. Cozy warm in the winter. It was decently clean.

The master bedrooms king bed was too hard for me to get good sleep. The house could use a better cleaning job. The floors weren't clean along the walls. There was hair all over the place from previous stays. I'm not a fan of that.
