Luxe Cottage Leavenworth

Excellent location and a very comfy stay for our family. The host, Rahul is super kind and communicative. He also sent over the cleaning lady to make sure we had everything we needed, since we made a last minute reservation. Will definitely visit again.

the owner was unable to contact so we could not get. we wasted hours ,tried to find other lodging, eventually got in . not acceptable.

Property was close to town, and close to most of the things we had planned for our trip.

Place didn’t have some essentials such as aluminum foil, sugar and extra blankets. The bath tub upstairs was very dusty around it. We tried to go to the hot tub but the water was gross.

Great location for two couples. Had a good time. Short distance from heart of town. Short walk or $6 uber. Fitted our needs of one night stay to enjoy the town and have good accommodation, comfortable rooms, and nice kitchen to make a lovely breakfast in. Would recommend and stay here again.

The seating in the Livingroom was terrible, there was 5 of us and only 2 chairs, the " couch " wasn't meant to be sat on, it turns into a twin bed. The lower bathroom smells like sewage gas, had to keep the fan running and the door closed. There is only 1- A/C unit in 1 upper bedroom and its very loud and didn't cool down at all. The carpets looked very worn and dirty. I was truly disappointed as this was $750.00 for 2 nights.

Air conditioning was only in the main bedroom, big fans were needed to move the cool air around the upper floor.

Kitchen did not have things we neeed. Living room had two chairs. No couch no place to stay.

Location was OK but was further from downtown than anticipated.

No air conditioning, TV in bedroom broken, blinds in bedrooms broken and shortage of comfortable seating in living room.

The beds were ok. Decor was minimal. It did have a good amount of dishes to use.

There were so many things wrong with this property. For starters, upon entering the unit, there were two portable fans in the living room, and one in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The AC was not turned on. Neither of the bathrooms had any of the amenities, described in the booking. There was hand soap, and a couple extra rolls of toilet paper. Minimal amounts of towels, and 2 wash clothes, which every towel and washcloth were stained. The downstairs bathroom smelled like sewage. The shower head was also broken, resulting in it falling mid-shower, and having to hold it while showering. The upstairs bathroom toilet, barely flushed. The dryer was not working, and the property owner stated that they were waiting for a part, only, after we mentioned that it was not working. There was not any kitchen amenities. No coffee, creamers, sugar, etc., that you would normally find in a rentable unit. There also, was not any soap for the dishwasher. Only one kitchen towel, a washcloth, and a “towel”, that was actually a bath mat. The tv in one of the bedrooms, did not have working cable, as described in the booking. There wasn’t a sofa/couch, as described. It was merely an ottoman, that folded into a bed. After bringing up all of these issues, to the owner, I was told that they would offer me a 25% discount on my next stay with them. I told them that I wouldn’t even consider staying at this property again, due to the lack of providing appropriate supplies, and all the other issues described above.
