Luxe Cottage Leavenworth

Good location, quiet and it had a well-stocked kitchen.

It was dirty and the blinds were broken. It needs a really, good deep cleaning, updating, and new family room furniture. There weren’t enough seats for 4 people to sit in the family room comfortably. The air conditioning unit in one bedroom was very loud and inefficient.

Location was great. Enough space for a family of 5.

The door code did not work when we arrived and the number on Booking did not work. No one got back to us until I deep dived for another phone number. The owner was not empathetic whatsoever that we were locked out at 930pm with a toddler and dog. The dryer was broken and we were not warned. The carpet was very dirty it was impossible to walk around without socks, otherwise our feet would be filthy. Someone claiming to be housekeeping opened the front door with a code in the middle of the day without warning and seemed surprised we were there.

Having only 2 recliners in the family rm doesn't make sense when you have more than 2 people

What a wonderful space, we loved your vacation home Roma & Rahul! Perfect size for the 4 of us, everything clean and well supplied. 2 bathrooms no waiting. Great space in kitchen for eating & chatting around the table, 2 excellent glider comfy chairs in living room. Loved the 15 min walk to waterfront park!

Parking was tight for a compact SUV until we got used to going EXACTLY straight in & out. None of the microwave lights were working so it was some guesswork there, using a separate timer helped. Comfort was excellent except one of the bedrooms (with no ac) was kind of warm when weather was in the 80's. Wished for 1 more seat in the living room.

Carpeting was dirty, tv didn't work in the living room, no luggage racks, not enough seating in living room.

It was nice that the golf course was close by.

The location was lovely and quiet. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed.

Having a couch would have been a bit more comfortable for our group. It also would have been nice to have someone local to contact for entering the property. We had issues with the door code but once we got through to the property manager they reset it quickly. Additional parking would be a bonus.
