Casa Elisa

Beautiful view from the apartment, easy to access, close to water, shops, food, and hiking trails.

Instructions were sent to me via WhatsApp prior to the check-in date, including a video that shows the exact path from the pedestrian tunnel to the property. This was excellent because it would have been a bit tough to find the property if not for the video. The property itself was great! Air conditioning was adequate and the view and proximity to the water is fantastic. There was even a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. The breakfast included at the local cafe is hearty.

Incredibly minor is that there is a small chain-link divider you need to step over right at the stairs leading up to the property advising that it is a private property. We were able to get by just fine but people with mobility issues or carrying large luggage should be aware. That said, I understand the value of the divider since people would be lounging on the stairs otherwise. This isn't a dislike, but also just to be aware, the loft area is quite close to the ceiling, so for adults, there is enough space for kneeling or sitting only.

This was a perfect stay for our trip to Riomaggiore! The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The host left us a nice bottle of wine to enjoy. Included in the stay is a breakfast at a cafe near the train station. It was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Elisa!

We found the location excellent proximity to everything.

Lack of toilet seat in the bathroom. Street noise one night was later then usual, party in the street.

Breakfast was an added bonus , nice coffee
