The cottage is ideally situated for walking the coast path and visiting the beautiful Devonshire towns and villages The cottage is well equipped and full of character. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome Off road free parking is a bonus

Set in lovely gardens it was quiet. Ideal for our visit to relatives.

Nothing but it may not suit people who want to leave the car and walk to a pub or walk to beach.

We loved everything about our stay. The Linhay was beautifully furnished and equipped. The hosts, Shane and Helen were fantastic, so kind and helpful and they really enhanced our stay. We will definitely be back. South Milton is a lovely, peaceful hamlet and so close to all of the main tourist destinations. We loved it.

There was nothing we didn't like. It was perfect.

Very comfortable and clean little cottage. Shane and Helen are fantastic hosts who made us feel very welcome. We were in Devon for a wedding and this was the perfect base. We hope to come back for a longer stay in the future!

They hosts were lovely and really helpful, going above and beyond expectations. The accommodation was lovely: small but perfectly formed! - a really high-quality conversion. Very well equipped. Great location peaceful and quiet. Easy to get to beautiful parts of the coast. Easy parking. Thoroughly recommended!

Just a word warning to very tall people: the headroom in the property is, in parts I would guess 6' 1'. I am just over 6 foot so it was fine for me but maybe not ideal if you're very tall.
