Location very good. Upstairs bedroom very good.

Downstairs was cold. Very smelly on entry - apalling smell. Not clean out front. Some dishes not clean. Dusty.

Apartment was big to accommodate all 10 of us. Location was conveniently located near the supermarket and restaurants.

The bedrooms did not have airconditioning, which was uncomfortable in summer in the daytime. Aircon only available in the living room area. In the nighttime, we had to open windows to make sure the room has air circulation but also need to beware that insects dont enter the room
