Stunning spacious house! The layout is great for five adults with bedrooms spread across three spaces. Large deck with sunshine for early morning coffees! All the modern facilities we needed washing, kitchen, two bathrooms.

Convenient location

The house is in need of a refurbishment. Painting walls internally, remove leaves and gravel from garage entrance. The kitchen lacks descent sharp knives, and the general furnishings are worn, the tv remotes are missing batteries and are broken. Nothing homely about this place. Needs some live!

location and view was just great. nice and quiet. enjoyed the fireplace. clean and tidy.

門鎖不良難以鎖上 當鎖上又難打開， 第一次來修只是教我同力推入去勉強鎖上， 要隔天再要求來修理，落班時間後就聯絡不到客服 所以第一天電視機是沒有上網訊號， 一直沒回覆到第二天才安排修理。

Aesthetics was definitely nice. It had just enough space to fit our group of 8 adults and 2 kids. It also had plenty of space in the driveway for parking our 12 seater Mercedes Sprinter. Also had lots of books and board games.

I didn’t like that you had to drop by the office to collect the keys to the house. It was only a 3 min drive away but it was an additional stop that could be avoided. Also had to return the keys to that place by 10am, and not out the door by 10am on checkout. The office closes at 5pm and while it’s great they had after hours procedure in place for guests to collect the keys, there was no support after hours when we found some issues with the property. For example, the chromecast wasn’t working as there was no power cable connected to it. The cable tv (dish tv) was also not working. Whole house particularly the living area was cold with not enough heating. While there was a fireplace, there were no instructions on how to use it. Just wood and matches. We were scared we would burn the place down. Insulation of the house was poor. Since we were there during the storm, it was really despite rest of the heating turned on. There were no instructions for after hours check out. When I realised we were going to be leaving before the office opens the next day, it was already after hours. I scrolled my messages and found another number but when I called that, it seemed to be some CEO/COO who was not very happy about my call and kept asking how i got the number instead of trying to help me out with my question. In the end, I went to the office that evening and saw there was a drop box there for the keys. Oh, they had a coffee machine that used pods - but didnt provide any coffee pods for us to use. Lastly, their toilets had no locks which was bizarre for our group - they said it was common in NZ but given that the property could accommodate bigger groups, I think they should expect that we didn’t want to walk in to anyone midway showering or doing their business in the toilets. Overall, we had a lot of expectations from the photos and the listing which kinda fell short.
