Large 5 Bed House in Scarborough near the beach, Large Garden & HOT TUB

Peaceful neighbourhood but well situated for South bay and beach

Loved the area. Quiet and peaceful. Provided all the space we needed for a comfortable family holidayJust suited our mixed age family group.

Kitchen table top had very sticky varnish. Had to buy a cloth to cover it to be able to use it. Steps to the attic were steep, and there was no hand rail.

Despite the number of cobwebs we were still inundated by flies. The pots and pans in the kitchen were dirty. The couches were uncomfortable and full of crumbs. Generally the whole house felt neglected

Plenty of room to either be together or have alone time

The squeaky doors!! Especially in the en-suite bedroom & only 1 key. I know there is a key safe to leave it but when no one has picked the only key up & the door has been shut behind them it would be good to have a spare to keep in the key safe xx

Everything. The hot tub, the garden, the space, the bedrooms, the location was especially important as it meant we could actually park without hassle and the comfort too as we are a group of cosplayers who came for SciFi Scarborough and in the evening need to sit down and recover from a hard day of wearing heavy costumes and stomping around the Spa Complex entertaining the people. We had a couple of teenagers with us too, who just wanted to shut themselves away, study for GCSEs and sleep and this was ideal for that too. It's a very short walk to get the view of the sea as well. All in all, a great choice for us.

The driveway is a bit narrow and it can be difficult to open your doors if you have a large people carrier like we have.

The property was just what we needed for adults and children. Will definitely book again.

Fantastic host 10/10. A really lovely house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice outdoor space, free driveway parking and a great location. Would highly recommend, we stayed for multiple weeks for a work trip.
