Large 5 Bed House in Scarborough near the beach, Large Garden & HOT TUB

Perfect house for our large family get together last month. The house was well equipped and very clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to book again. Many Thanks

Good size gorgeous a family get together. Great having the hot tub. Location very handy for the beach. Bonus having parking.

All felt a bit worn and grubby. Beds were not very comfortable, and on some, the sheets barely covered the top of the mattress. Definitely could do with some money spent on mattresses and bedding.

House was very spacious and clean with plenty of pots for large groups. Location was great, nice walk through park to Scarborough, and a nearby bus stop made it easy to walk to Filey and bus back.

We did comment it would be nice to have some plastic glasses for use in garden and hot tub. Also could do with a little TLC in the bathroom area

Good size rooms for a family, well equipped,quiet area.

From opening the front door there was an awful smell of damp. The main area looked clean until you saw the inch of dust on the skirtings and the lampshades had long cobwebs hanging. The ensuite bathroom definitely needs more cleaning as there's an inch of grime on the bottom making it hard to slide the shower door closed. A member of our family did manage to lock us out with the Yale lock on the door, I have to say in the owners defence he quickly sent someone up with a spare back door key.

Two mattresses were not fit to sleep on springs sticking out and when owner informed all she said was they were due to be changed

Hot tub. Big rooms Was a good weekend
