The area is great and position is central to everything in flamborough. The Rose and Crown only 100 yards was great with great food.

The property smells of damp, there are damp patches on the walls in a number of places. Furnishings are adequate but it all looks a bit cheap. I had to clean the bath before I used and also the shower. But worst of all there was no hot water on sunday morning and after checking the meter the gas had run out, so no showers or central heating on the departure day and it was a cold weekend. Very disappointed.
