Scenery not too far away is pretty

Did not realize it was a shared house. The other family staying shared the front door entrance and was noisy with a child. Not sound proof. Did not like the initial meet with the owner(?). Had to pay and was given a code for the house. Just a weird set up. The room was okay, not our favourite. Was overpriced and the area is so touristy

Location is convenient. Unit is quiet; it shares a common anteroom and laundry room with the second unit, otherwise it is private. Kitchen counter space is a bit tight but manageable. Nice view from open patio

Bathroom heater didn't work, but that's an easy fix

Location, mod cons, stylish interior, room sizes, friendly managers

Not much although being more generous with basic kitchen supplies like paper towels, ground coffee, and pepper would have been appreciated.

Clean and spacious

Owner charged 200 NZ for messy kitchen after checkout. This is violating laws. There is no prior discussion about this. Absolutely impossible to understand
