Flat Rock is located at a great location, 5 min from lake tekapo by driving. Clear instruction and easy access to the property. The property is very clean and well maintain, giving all of us feel like staying in own house.

This was a nice clean place.

Another couch would have been good, only two people could sit and watch telly. The first bedroom opposite the bathroom was nice but needed an underlay, all I could feel was the electric blanket and when I took the sheets off to clean them, there was here all over the electric blanket. But all in all it was a nice place and I will come back again
