Flat Rock

Very nice warm modern house. Clean and tidy. Heat pump was on when we arrived (thanks!). Very nice bed and large shower (really hot water and good pressure) with a towel heater in a modern bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of facilities to cook. Staff was helpful every time and gave me easy instructions for the check in (through booking app chat) and replied to my messages in less than 5 min even at 1 pm at night. The location was not important for me as we had a car. Nice area though in my opinion even if there was not an astonishing view. I will definitely come back again if I plan to visit Tekapo.

Maybe a stronger heater in the bathroom could help to heat the room quicker.

Good location, very quiet, spacious, well designed.

No face tower with owners supposed to provide. The inside of the kettle looks horrible. We didn't dare to use it. The hangers in the wardrobe were of the type looking no clean. We didn't use it. There was no heater in the bathroom.

Quiet cul de sac. Perfect for a stop on a road trip. Eat in rather than going into town, the restaurants on offer are not great!

It is a very nice house. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry and a drive way. It is such a wonderful place to stay. Unfortunately 1 night is simply too short.

Fairly expensive.

Location was quiet although was a little out of town so not able to walk from city centre.

We saw all of the firewood and was disappointed to find no open fireplace.
