I’m so glad to have Cass Crib for our stay in Tekapo. This holiday home looks new, cozy, exceptionally clean with a modern design. The location is on the outskirt of the town but convenient, just a 20 minute-walk from the village centre (we don’t drive). The kitchen is well equipped with everything we need for cooking. The dining place is so spacious with a wide window to see some lake and mountain views. There’s a fireplace with lots of firewood in the shed outside to get the house warm in cold and rainy weather. It feels like a comfortable home as the locals have. The staff at the reception, Alex, Lisa and one gentleman were so friendly, helpful and have attention to detail.

An electric blanket on the bed would have been appreciated, as it was quite cold at nights.

Unfortunately it was windy one of the 3 days an the air vent in the bathroom continued to bang an rattle. On a positive note, it wasn’t during the night.
