BONANZA BEACH 5

Location was near the town but very noisy at night and morning when delivery. S to supermarket.

Never seen or met with anyone who was dealing with property key security is not suitable as you can not see the numbers especially 10pm arrival.

It was ok for wheelchair user. There is a step on the gate about 7 cm and the toilets are small so not all wheelchair user manage. I had an assistant, we asked help from people walking by to get my electric wheelchair in. And in the toilets I can be on my feet.

There could be something small to works as a ramp to get in better with wheelchair.

Bright spacious apartment in the heart of town. All you need for a comfortable stay.

Beds where very comfortable in rooms, living room bed wasn't the greatest but didn't put us off. Key was in locked box and easy to get. Everything right at your door. apartment was absolutely great and would definitely be back.

Very Spacious and clean property for 5 of us. Fully working washing machine and cooking appliances! We felt very safe and at home. Location was brilliant we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go it is on a hill so do bear in mind with younger children but great for us.

Was clean but there is an ant problem in the childrens room… we sprayed repellent every time we went out seemed to work. Kitchen is in need of more glasses, bowls and more. Shower cubicle is leaking had to mop after each shower as it was flooding the floor but I’m sure that is an easy fix. No terrance area to sit in. Was told no problem for an early check in .. but room was not ready on arrival and had to wait 2 hours. We was also aware of the pool ban which is not the owners fault however was informed the pools were opening from the 1st June and when I asked about when the pool would be open the owners messages became quite snappy …we had informed her someone else had been in the pool so was we ok to. She replied with ..use the pool at your own risk but I don’t want problems when you go back to England. I was only asking. So we did not use the pool for the whole 10 nights.

The location and the size

It felt like a prison with bars on all the windows . There is no outside area to sit with a coffee off the apartment as you have to go out of the property on to street to access pool via another gate . Kitchen was well under supplied . Clothes horse broken Ants When we asked to leave 4 days early no refund offered .
