We liked the location, the spacious property and the cleanliness.

Getting into the property is a real issue, We thought someone was meeting us, as was advertised, but nobody came. We were told the keys were in a security box. We were told the code but had real trouble entering the code as the box was in between a wrought iron gate and the front door, but the gate was locked.

Access to the outside area meant going out onto the street, a door to the outside area would be a welcome addition.

Location is excellent very close to supermarket, bars, restaurants etc. Had a large smart tv with Netflix etc and also a fully equipped kitchen. Host allowed us to extend our check out time for €20 which was greatly appreciated.

It really needs updated. The shower cubicle needs replaced as the sealant is so discoloured it looks really dirty. Kitchen cupboards need updated. No instructions for air con etc. Needs insect traps or repellent and was totally surprised there were any considering it was winter!

The property was located very close to Bonanza Square where there are an impressive array of bars and restaurants The apartment is clean and well equipped.

Very good!!! Great location with a supermarket around the corner and numbers of pubs and restaurants across the road. Apartment itselves is a good size for a big family with everything you need(kitchen utensils, loo paper, toiletries, towels, extra beddings etc.) The only issue was a broken shower head attachment and corner sofa bed when open kept folding down.

Only 2 sun lounges which were broken very disappointing has no where comfortable to sit

The keys were I a key safe which was on a wall behind a gate extremely difficult to reach and it was a dial one we arrived when it was dark so doubly difficult a push button one would have been so much easier

The shower head I know from reading reviews this as been mentioned on numerous occasions but seems the Owner hasn't addressed the problem. The problem been there is no bracket for the shower head to sit in so you have to hold it with one hand while trying to shower yourself with the other . It's a shame really cos its any easy fix to make people's stays better . The airer was all but collapsed ( a screw missing on one side of legs ) but I fixed that myself buy putting a kids round lolly stick in it job done

It was a very tired place, no good for self catering, furniture old or damaged.... And cockroaches lots of them

Swimming pool is nice and clean. Nice TV and good wifi. Supermarket around the corner.

The beds are not very comfortable, especially the sleeping couch is back breaking and not good for 2 person. Shower head was broken so need to hold it. A lot of ants in the house and cockroaches in the kitchen. One toilet is loose from the floor so it’s smelly there. The neighbourhood is a bit old and outdated, mostly British. Random bunch of towels, all a bit smelly. Had to wash all the towels and bedcovers myself before using them.
