Everything was perfect: from location to bedrooms to facilities! The outdoor braai and chilling area was very relaxing.

View and availability of everything one would need for a weekend break Peter was most helpful and obliging and available when needed The braais worked wonderfully for the Heritage weekend

The downstairs separate room was unusable due to the cooking smells that were coming from Peters rooms throughout the stay. Also the electricity trips every time that Peter cooks. Not sure if he is aware that this is the reason for the trips. Several items need repairing such as the Toilet seat in the downstairs main room and the front door handle, Some hanging space in the main room downstairs would be convenient.

My family and I have stay at Die Pomphuis multiple times and it just keeps getting better! The recent renovations have made a fantastic property even better. The new upstairs bathroom is a great addition, providing more convenience and luxury. The outdoor braai and entertainment area is truly amazing—perfect for gatherings and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The WiFi was a real plus, allowing me to work, though it was a bit challenging with my family wanting my attention and those stunning beach views right in front of me! This is definitely the best holiday home around, ideal for big families with its excellent location and top-notch facilities. Highly recommended!

Where do I start.. no TV, no hot water a very unresponsive host. The coffee was stale and mouldy. Beverages not taken care of. Water leaks in bathroom . .

The location is excellent. The house however needs a bit of TLC some items needs a bit of upgrade or repairs.

The mattress in the room on stoep is terrible. If partner moves you hop on the mattress. The basin in this room also did not have a plug. Some of the lights in the main house did not work. Lighting needs a bit of upgrade. The dishwasher also did not work correctly after 2 cycles dishes was still dirty. Luckily Perter ons site to do the dishes etc.
