The room was clean.

The sheets on the bed came off the bed when sleeping and turning, very uncomfortable. The dishes were dirty, the TV had only regular channels, now a days you need cable or satellite.

The location was great, just minutes away from two major shopping centers, restaurants, and gas stations. The casita was easy to enter, the keyless lock worked well. The interior was very nice with separate living and sleeping quarters. The closet had plenty of extra pillows and blankets, hangers.

The parking. First, when I received the location address, I was told to park at the curb BUT there was no street parking overnight. Second, The tenant in the main house was to leave adequate room for me to park at night on the right side of the driveway. There was plenty of driveway on the left for two other vehicles. When I arrived at the casita, there was no room for me to park on the driveway because a large SUV was pulled into most of my parking area. It was nearing dark, so I pulled onto the property driving over bushes and granite landscaping. I only had 4 inches between me and the SUV to open my door because there was a tree on the passenger side of the car. This was the case for 3 out of the 4 days I stayed at the casita. The bathroom toilet is VERY low. When sitting on the commode, my knees were higher than the toilet seat. For a senior with recent knee replacement surgery, this was a problem.

Shopping and restaurants are less than a mile away.

Could have had more TV channels available, or 2 complimentary water bottles.

Ran out of toilet paper. The tree near the driveway has thorns, I got scratched, please trim it.

The casita was clean and a good size for my Mom and I. The bed was comfortable.

The walls were thin so we coyld here coughing and talking each morning and evening. There was a party at the house the casita was connected to - my Mom is handicapped and I couldn't park close to the door - I literally stopped in the middle of the road to get her to the inside. I messaged the owner as to where to park - no response. The very loud party continued well into the morning hours. I felt very disrespected - either have a party or rent the casita but those two things shouldn't have been scheduled together.

Comfortable beds and location were great!

A assumed a casita had more than a hotel feature, there was not a stove or sink. There was a microwave and a refrigerator.

We liked nothing of this place it was misrepresented it had no kitchen only one bed the couch was not even a sofa bed it smelled terrible and you could here the owners hacking through the wall there was food left in the freezer and cloths left in the dresser

It be described as a suite not as a casita we would of never booked there if it was described properly and they need to clean it

The hosts were very pleasant and answered questions right away. Bed was comfy. Complimentary wifi was a nice bonus.

The Casita was attached to the home - normally not a huge deal, but there was no sound separation. I could hear the hosts in all their conversations right outside the joining door with the 1.5 in gap under it into what I'm guessing is their kitchen and living area. I shouldn't know that one of your family members gets home each night at midnight. I'm a light sleeper. Parking was congested. There wasn't anywhere to sit and eat besides the white couch.
