Safe and secure, quiet residential, two parks within walking distance, huge “mall” of stores and eating options within a couple blocks, eight minutes from airport!

Location was the only plus

Well I got no check in instructions at all. No door code. Nothing. I tried calling and no one answered so I knocked on door. Finally a guy answered the ring doorbell. I said I'm here and code I have isn't working. He gives me the code. Opened door and a dog comes running out. My daughter and I are terrified of dogs. Then the dog jumped on the bed. The guy came and got him. He told me sorry, we just got done cleaning. Check in says 3pm. I arrived at 530. Seriously wondered if it was cleaned because the fridge had expired milk in it, Pepsi, and alcohol. The hair dryer was covered in gunk. Their was black hair in sink. The baseboards were dirty and my bare feet were dirty from the tiny area. Only instructions on the entire thing was to park in the street. The owner sent me a message at 830 pm that Night and told me to park in driveway and gave me the code. I also heard conversations all thru the night. It's not a quiet place. I have stayed at many accommodations and this was by far my worst experience. Next night I parked in street because that's what it says on instructions. I got home late and owner was pulling in and said u needed to park in driveway. I get a 25 dollar ticket when u park in street. She was very rude. How am I to know this if you don't give any check in or checkout procedures??? We left the next morning and the outside smelled so bad of Marijuana. I seriously wonder if I am staying at a drug house. The bed was comfortable, but I wonder if the sheets were even changed. I literally had only 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Won't be staying here again.

Nice neighborhood. Nice Casita. Clean and great location for our Wedding Venue.

We could hear the family in main house. Possibly the family could hear us in the Casita. Would be nice if the connecting door could be more sound proof.

The Casita was so clean and very nice. Easy drive to and from the airport. Only about 10 to 15 minutes drive. Walking distance to a huge outdoor mall. But so large you may want to take the 3 minutes to drive. Every restaurant and fast food within 5 minutes drive. The hosts were amazing. We would definitely stay again if in Mesa.

I expected small but really small, but again, it was very comfortable, and we knew we would be fine with the size.

Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen amenities were good. Convenient location.

No desk for working. No coffee cups.

Everything was Extraordinary

Blankets were dirty, and parking was challenging with the hosts having vehicles in the same driveway.

Good location, clean, good bed, good wifi,

Parking wasn't available for my vehicle so they asked me to park a block away. Was hoping they'd move one of their vehicles for the second or third night I was there but they never did. I'm also sensitive to strong scents and found the laundry detergent used in the bedding to be overwhelming.

Beautifully appointed clean rooms, comfortable bed, safe quiet location, privacy, host responds quickly to any questions, plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Everything you need has been anticipated. WiFi is hi speed, fridge and freezer are large and work well with no noise. I stayed for a week and enjoyed my stay.
