Lovely house near the sea . Peaceful we loved sitting on the balcony in the sun . If you have mobility issues the house is on a steep hill .

Das gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus liegt leicht erhöht in einer Sackgasse. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, ganz so, als hätte man es selbst eingerichtet. Wir haben während unseres Urlaubs nichts vermisst. Die Betten sind zudem bequem, die beiden Badezimmer sind zwar nicht besonders groß, aber ohne Einschränkung nutzbar. Großartig ist die ruhige Lage - kombiniert mit dem kurzen Weg in den kleinen und sehr gemütlichen Ortskern mit Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Hafen für Segelschiffe. Begrüßt wurden wir persönlich, es wurde alles erklärt und der Kühlschrank war bereits mit einigen Köstlichkeiten gefüllt. Ein Highlight für uns war das Frühstück auf dem großen Balkon, auch den Sonnenaufgang von dort zu beobachten hat uns immer wieder begeistert. Vor dem Haus gab es eine weitere Sitzecke und auch Sonnenliegen. Der Ort selbst ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um alle Teile der Insel zu erreichen. Ein Pkw oder zumindest ein Roller ist hier aber zwingend erforderlich. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen.

The host was very helpful and generous. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. We really appreciated the well stocked fridge on arrival. The seating and dining area, opening out from the kitchen is very good; much better than what I expected from the photos.

The twin bedded room was a bit cramped. We would have liked less furniture for storage and more space

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt: auf einer kleinen Anhöhe mit wunderbarem Blick auf den malerischen Hafen und in Gehdistanz (2 Minuten) zu allerhand Tavernen und Geschäften. Auch viele Strände auf der ganzen Insel gut innerhalb einer dreiviertel Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Häuschen selber ist unglaublich gut ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft gut gefüllt. Auch sonst ist wirklich ALLES da, was man braucht (von Zucker, Salz und Olivenöl bis Waschmaschine und Sonnenschirmen). Überhaupt versprüht das ganze Haus ein heimeliges und gemütliches Gefühl. Ein riesiges Plus: alles ist makellos sauber!

Es war alles wie erhofft und noch weit darüber hinaus.

A lively little village that, for now, hasn’t been overly developed with hotels and still retains its charm. The house is located right in the center of the action, yet elevated enough to give you a sense of privacy. Restaurants and a grocery store are just steps away—no need to get in the car for anything. The house is fully equipped. I especially loved the tall pine tree in the front, which provides natural shade. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the local harbor. There is also rocky beach within walking distance, but since we had a car, we mostly drove to other beaches. Highly recommend

Fantastic property with panoramic views of the harbour and across to Sami. Ideal location for easy access to the village and for exploring the north/east side of Kefalonia. The house was very well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and bedding items. The hosting was great from Marcos and Anastasios. The welcome pack of fruit, drinks, honey, yoghurts and more, was a lovely surprise. Highly Recommended.

Property was ideally situated in the middle of the amenities. The welcome pack of fresh fruit, salad, yoghurt etc was such a thoughtful touch. We appreciated the 2 outside seating areas and the air conditioning. Stunning well cared for garden.

Nothing, but perhaps a couple of lounger style chairs would be a useful addition.

Location was fantastic, the views are 2nd to none, the owner met us and left a fridge of welcome goodies - honey, bread, fruit, milk, coffee and more!
