Central location . Warm and modern

Dirty, old carpet. Filthy dishwasher ( I cleaned the filter) Scalding hot water in the bathroom. Door off its hinges in the kitchen. Hard bed in the room nearest the living room. Mismatched furniture. TV remote with corroded batteries. No second bathroom as advertised ( it has a shower room )
