Ferncliff Bungalow

Ein Aufenthalt in Ferncliff ist wie eine Zeitreise in einem privat wirkenden Haus aus der Kolonialzeit. Fantastischer Garten, gute Küche und Mitarbeiter, die einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ablesen. Vom Frühstück bis zur Wärmflasche an kalten Abenden, die in den Bergen Sri Lankas durchaus vorkommen.

Nichts. Aber es ist ein altes Haus. Zum Glück mit einer neuzeitigen Dusche….

Spacious room in small hotel, which was once a colonial home. Hotel set in beautiful, large garden, located a short tuk tuk ride from town centre. Excellent meals, with very good menu - including scones and rhubarb crumble. Highly recommend.

Getting back after a hike to this piece of paradise was heavenly and reguvanating! Thank you Team Ferncliff. We will be back .

We liked staying in a heritage building with all the antique furniture, old wall prints & general Colonial Era feeling . The staff were very friendly , helpful & gracious . The breakfasts were plentiful & delicious . The surrounding gardens were pleasant to stroll around .

Maybe be some new carpets & bed mattresses would make the stay perfect .

Great vintage feel with modern amenities. Spotless with obliging staff. A trip back in time to a bygone era of opulence.
