The view from the terrace was absolutely amazing! We were there in November and the neighborhood was very quiet. We heard the waves, when we were having dinner on the terrace

"Ausblick schön, alles andere ausbaufähig"

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön. Und der Strand ist nur 300 m entfernt.

Die Stromleitung geht aus, sobald zwei elektronische Geräte ( z. Bsp. Wasserkocher und Ofen) an sind. Achtung, Unterkunftsbeschreibung richtig lesen, denn es fallen noch Kosten für Handtücher und Bettwäsche an. Kurtaxe wollte die Besitzerin außerdem für Kinder beziehen, die unter 10 Jahre alt sind. Nachdem wir sie darauf angesprochen haben, dass Italien erst eine Kurtaxe ab 10 Jahre nimmt, war sie ganz überrascht, dass wir das wissen und wollte dann keine Kurtaxe mehr für die Kinder. Den Müll sollten wir km weit bei einem Eurospin entsorgen. Ungewöhnlich und passt nicht zu einem Urlaubsfeeling. Außerdem geht die Besitzerin so davon aus, dass jeder ein Auto hat. Was sollen Busreisende machen?

"Belle vacances"

Proche de la belle plage d is traias 5mn à pied. Belle terrasse avec vue superbe sur la baie de villasimius . Logement très confortable .emplacement privé pour garer la voiture ( même une grande voiture) Propriétaire à l écoute en cas de besoin

* Vue splendide depuis la terrasse * A 5 minutes à pieds de la plage d'Is Traias

* Il manque une moustiquaire dans la fenêtre de la chambre du haut, ce qui oblige à utiliser la climatisation pour évacuer la chaleur accumulée sous le toit * Pas de bols dans la vaisselle à disposition
