VILLA CLAUDIO e LUNETTA

The property is 8 mn walk from the beach, however the beach that is the closest is not the best in the area. The apartment is a 3 levels condo, a bedroom on the third, the living area and another bedroom on the second and the kitchen and a bathroom on the first, so there are stairs to go up and down. There is a cute terrace outside with a table and chairs and a water hose to clean yourself after coming from the beach. The parking is below the condo but there too there are stairs to be taken. There are 2 ACs in the condo which were enough to cool it even during the extremely hot days.

We rented a two-bedroom apartment, but one room was not set to be slept in. We reached out to the owner and she promised to have bed linens delivered but despite charging AN EXTRA 40 euros for linens and towels (I thought that was a rip off), bed sheets never arrived and I had to sleep on a bed that was not made covering myself with clothes, which ruined my whole stay.

The villa was very rustic and quite basic. I don't know if that is representative of what we paid as I have little to compare. We paid an extra 170 au taxes and linen but the towels were very worn and thin. No soap amenities in the bathrooms or beach towels. The garden trail to the villa was not well maintained. Afterwards we rented an Airbnb from a superhost and the apartment was 1000 times more cared for.

Very nice house in a perfect location. Spacy, comfortable and cosy. Well equipped kitchen. Great terrace. Daniela is a fantastic host.

The view was amazing and the place was comfortable and easy to get to.

Lovely location and the beach at the bottom is beautiful and very easily accessible. The apartment is cute, comfortable and nicely laid out. Appreciated the video of where to park on arrival and the bottle of fizz in the fridge! The view from the balcony is beautiful and it's super tranquil to sit under the olive tree with a morning cuppa listening to the birds or an evening glass of wine and sunset. Host was easily contactable and speaks good English. Beds are comfy and parking right outside.

A note on linen - it's unnecessarily expensive. At the point of searching on booking.com, this shows as included in the price shown and separates out upon booking to be paid to the host later or bring your own. It's €10 per person despite being made as two doubles, which is the same amount of linen whether one person or two are in it. If not included in the price, it should be €10 per bed at most - €40 equated to 4 pillow cases and 4 flat sheets with a light quilt on top. I didn't appreciate paying €10 per child for linen where they then have to share two singles pushed together and made up as a double so they can't be separated and argue over who has most of the covers every night. Negatively impacts on parental relaxation and a sheet and quilt each to lie under wouldn't be unreasonable at that price. We brought our own pack towels to avoid a further €40 spend. Overall though a lovely stay and we would return, thank you. 

Very comfortable and with fantastic view , house Location is perfect with several beaches around: closer or farther The garden is excellent for taking your breakfast outside while enjoying the view and morning sea wind The owner is a very good communicator, you have responses in seconds I strongly recommend!

Daniella is a wonderful host. We had a lovely holiday at her villa. There were a few minor issues at the beginning of our stay, but Daniella and her husband responded quickly and resolved everything efficiently. The villa is well-situated, close to beaches, the town center, and restaurants. We highly recommend it!

Great location, sitting in the yard under the olive tree with the sun is like heaven, nice host too!
