"Nice house, good for a large family/group but silly rules."

Great location and good for a large family

Some of the rules were a bit off. We couldn’t heat our room properly as the heater had been taped up and a notice stating that you weren’t allowed to change it. Not allowed to accumulate more than one bag of rubbish, which is ridiculous for a house that can accommodate 14 people. Extra rubbish was an additional $10/bag which is also excessive.

A wonderful holiday house, we enjoyed stay here for 4 nights (1 night a separate day). 8 of us stay in this house is very comfortable, will book again if I back to Christchurch with a big group of friends. Thank you!
