"Perfect comfortable stay"

This property was amazing from the start, the hosts decorated the cottage for my partners birthday which was lovely and it was spotless too. So homely with everything you need and a super comfy bed! Perfect location and we had such a good time would highly recommend

"Charming cottage, perfect location"

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It was just the 3 of us, including our 6-month-old puppy, on a small getaway. We did not expect a heatwave, but the evenings were perfect once the weather cooled. The location was ideal for visiting nearby spots, and we explored several trails in the area. The hosts were wonderful - polite and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this place.

We wish we had stayed longer!

"Everything about our trip was perfect."

Beautiful, quaint cottage with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. A real home from home. 10 minute walk into the village and 15 minute drive to Alton Towers. Hosts were super helpful with tips on local travel and walks around the area. Would definitely stay again .

"Lovely stay in scenic cottage"

Perfect location for our trip to Alton Towers (it's maybe 15 drive from the park - you do need a car for this location)/ south of the Peak District, a lovely house and great to have the option for self catering. It's a lovely cottage. We had 5 adults and it worked out well. We drove to Dovedale car park to do the stepping stones walk from here which was pretty close by as well. Host was communicative and left good info in the house too, and was clear where to go if we needed help. Really enjoyed our stay thanks!

A little bit finicky to get the temperature right on the shower but nothing major.
