Kingfisher caravan park Skegness

Outside space was lovely.

I don't believe it should be a 3 bedroom van. The double bedroom was a lot smaller than previous vans we have been in.

Nice location and large amount of space

The facilities in the caravan were not the best. Oven didn’t work. The shower did not adjust the water temperature apart from that great

Shower wasn’t the best (couldn’t get it to stay one temperature), dead bugs on windowsill, no parking next to caravan

Great place, great location loved being able to take the dogs

The oven didn’t get very hot. And the shower was either too hot or freezing

Caravan great , beds very comfortable, right next to lake for fishing

Site was very muddy and water logged

The property and the communication with owner was great. All the facilities in property were good and we all had a fab time.

Due to weather the site was a bit boggy and we could only really get to caravan with wellies, but once we knew, we managed it well.

Nothing,had to leave early.

The caravan was inaccessible, dirty carpets and freezer , crumpled and untidy bedding,main bedroom light and toilet light not working. insulting response from the owner. We stayed late December for 5 nights but left after 4 because of the dreadful access ( see pictures) . If you've already booked this caravan I would strongly recommend cancelling and finding alternative accomodation. The owner has no conscience and will not care less if you have any complaints and in my opinion should not be renting out caravans to honest people paying good money and expecting them not to complain when the accomodation isn't as described. Complained to Booking.com who although very polite did nothing to help although the property is advertised on their website.

Site looked nice and easy for Skegness

We had a few problems with the accommodation, some lights didn't work, bins dirty and no water. We tried contacting the number for the property and were advised they would check and get back to us. After a couple of hours we tried to contact again and no answer to phone or messages. In the end we had to find alternative accomodation as late, dark and still no water, and only response was use bottled water

It was very clean and well equipped and the beds are so comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Loved the decking.

Wasn't told that the park was closed and nothing was open. Would not have paid as much as I did if I had known.
