"Peaceful and perfect for all the family."

Perfect location, lots to see and do near to Loughborough. Bob's house is very comfy with separate kitchen, dining room and lounge. Plenty of plates, glasses, mugs etc. Toaster, microwave, oven and hob. Dishwasher too :). Bathroom upstairs with bath and shower. Downstairs little loo with sink and washing machine available. Nice big TV and games and books to keep you occupied. The little conservatory with 2 seater sofa and 2 wicker chairs was lovely to sit in and listen to the birds. Very peaceful surroundings. Lots of space for a family. The Co-op is within easy walking distance. We travelled up from down South by EV and the nearest charge point is at MacDonalds in Warwick Way literally 3 mins around the corner. 2 Instavolt rapid charge points.

The overall experience was exceptional from the moment we got there from the time we left and the added bonus of also being dog friendly. Joanne was extremely kind and helpful as we arrived late due to being stuck in traffic and welcomed us with a bottle of wine which was very much needed after our long journey. Such a lovely thought aswell of why it is called Bobs House. Highly recommend 👌 👍

This was an ideal location for my sister & I visiting family & friends pre Christmas. We could both park our small cars safely on the drive and there was space too in front of the house. I would be great in the summer too with nice garden & sun room. It was comfy & cosy and everything you needed to stay.
