Nature House

Location was excellent, plenty of visiting wildlife for us to see and feed. Aircon in each room felt like a luxury, all the amenities (including a washing machine, tumble dryer and a chest freezer) were great!

Possibly a slightly improved braai area with a bit more lighting would be excellent

The house location is great and we like the layout of the house. It was quiet during the week which was nice. The addition of wifi was an extremely welcome surprise which we lived since all websites indicate no wifi.

I connected with the owners a number of times, they were absolutely lovely and super helpful. The cleaning staff were really unfriendly and did not care to wake us up at 07h30 in the morning, that was truly distruptive on our holiday. In talking to the ladies, they were not impressed with me saying the house is not clean and we were met with a very untoward attitude from them. As mentioned to the owner, the house is extremely dirty, I feel it's a very nice house but cleanliness is a complete let down, not just surface dust etc but very old dust and dirt build up, dirty walls all over, dirty crockery and pots, very dirty equipment around house. The chair and sofa outside is old furniture which is fine but unfortunately it's extremely dirty, I could not bring myself to use it. The ladies working in the house truly was not presentable. I have no problem with wearing your own clothes but their clothes were ripped, under wear exposed and ripped socks....they took shoes off. It was not a good impression at all and doesn't make a guest feel comfortable what so ever, but when we saw them going home, catching the bus they looked fabulous. It's just not a good impression of hygiene and cleanliness and it shows in their work for sure. The aircons are extremely dirty. Caked in old dust and black dirt and mold - this is extremely unhealthy and unhygienic. The pool attendant also had no respect of time, came to clean the pool at 07h30 and had an extremely loud conversation at the pool on his phone which is right by the bedroom window. This was the 3rd morning we were woken by staff at 07h30. We did confront him in a polite manner, asking him to tone down his volume and perhaps come back later. He got really angry, walked to the flats yard next door and proceeded to call his manager and said there is rude white people shouting at him. This was very unpleasant as it was not what happened.

Lovely place. Very clean. Felt safe. Owner of the property very kind and responsive.

No alternative power source during load-shedding.

Quiet place good for relaxing

Nothing all was good, only my shower had some electrical shock

Place was comfortable, bathrooms lovely .

The plates, cups and cutlery was very limited. There were enough glasses.
